About Zaren Studio
Zaren Studio was founded by Giovanna, a Brazilian architect and interior designer based in the United States. With over 250 spaces designed, her work is known for being deeply personal and visually distinctive. Each project carries a strong identity of its own. It starts with the intake form, where you share your space, what you want to keep, and your style references. After you submit it, you'll receive a secure payment link by email for your chosen package. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your private client portal. Next, you'll receive a briefing form with more specific questions about your space, so I can fully understand your preferences and needs. From there, the process moves through the stages included in your chosen package. Everything is delivered by email.
The Preview ($167) includes an Idea Board (a visual reference panel that sets the direction for your space), a Custom Color Palette, and a curated shopping list of 10 products with direct purchase links, with no revision round. The Edit ($497) includes an Idea Board, 1 Moodboard (a panel of curated, suggested items for your space), a Custom Color Palette, a full shopping list with direct purchase links, and 1 Revision Round. The Full Experience ($997) includes an Idea Board, 2 Moodboards, a Custom Color Palette, Space Layout, 3D Rendering, a full shopping list with direct purchase links, and 2 Revision Rounds. Each stage is delivered according to what's included in your chosen package.
You'll receive a shopping list of curated, suggested items for your space, each with a direct purchase link. The actual purchase is up to you, on your own time and budget.
Yes. The Edit ($497) includes 1 Revision Round and The Full Experience ($997) includes 2 Revision Rounds. The Preview ($167) is a single, one-time delivery with no revision round, which is why it's designed as a quick, budget-friendly first direction. Keep in mind that each revision round adds to the final delivery timeline. The more specific and detailed you are in the briefing form, the easier it is to nail the direction from the start, reducing the need for adjustments.
No. The entire process happens by email, with no calls or meetings. This lets the work be thoughtfully considered, and lets you participate at your own pace.
Photos of your space (up to 8, wide angles work best), the dimensions of the room, what you want to keep, style references (including a Pinterest board, if you have one), and anything you want to avoid. After the intake, you'll also complete a briefing form with more specific questions about your space, so I can fully understand your preferences and needs.
Yes! The process is entirely remote and communication happens by email (hello@zarenstudio.com), which means clients anywhere in the world can work with Zaren Studio, not just in the US. Email response time is within 1 business day.
After you submit the intake form (the form on this page), you'll receive a secure payment link by email for your chosen package. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your private client portal within 24 hours. Access is through the link itself, no login or password required, so it's simple and quick: just save the link to check in on your project whenever you'd like.
No problem! The intake form includes a "Not sure yet — Help me choose" option, and I'll help you figure out the best fit before we begin.
It depends on the package: The Preview in 3 to 5 days, The Edit in under 1 week, and The Full Experience in 1 to 2 weeks. This timeline begins on your project's start date, which is scheduled with you after payment is confirmed and your completed briefing form is received (this is a separate form from the intake form on this page). Your start date may be adjusted based on availability, and will always be confirmed with you by email. Keep in mind that any revision rounds requested in The Edit and The Full Experience extend the final delivery timeline.
If you cancel before your project's scheduled start date, you'll receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. Once the project has started, no refund is available, as design and curation work is already underway at that point.
Package changes are not permitted once payment is confirmed. We recommend reviewing the packages carefully, and if you're unsure, using the "Not sure yet — Help me choose" option on the intake form (the form on this page) before finalizing your choice.
